Meatballs-Kofta Afghan Food Recipes طرز تهیه کوفته افغانی
Here is all you need to make this delicious kofta balls:
- Parsley, 1 Cup
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 4 onion+5 onions
- 1 Green Pepper
- ½ kg beef or veal
- 1 Egg
- Vegetable oil, ¼ Cup
- Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
- Water, 3 Cups
And for species you need:
- Black Pepper (grounded), 1 Tbsp
- Coriander Powder, 1 tbsp
- Salt, 1 Tbsp
In a food mixer, add chopped onions and garlic cloves to mince it well.Clean the mixer and add chopped green pepper and parsley to mince it well. In a big bowel, add meat, the mixtures spices and one egg. Mix well.
Add onions in a food mixer. Fry the minced onions in a large sauce pan. Add tomato sauce. Add water leave on high heat until it comes to boil. Make small balls from meat mixture and add to the sauce. Leave it on low for 15 to 30 minutes to cook until meat is done.
