I am sure we have all heard of the saying “one apple a day, keeps the doctor away”. Apples are loaded with health benefits and taste delicious. Make Apple Jam (Muraba Seb) to preserve your apples and add an amazing flavor to your morning toast or any time you crave something sweet but healthy and fresh. We make ours with just five simple ingredients, diced apples, sugar, cardamom, chopped almonds and a splash of lemon juice. Cardamom in this Jam adds great flavor and aroma that complements the apple magnificently. Serve with some hot Sheer chai Afghan (cardamom tea with milk) and do not forget to jar up the rest.
