Green Chutney / Afghan Chutney – Afghan Food Recipes طرز تهیه چتنی افغانی
Green Chutney is usually served with Pakora or Shoornakhot, but it could always be part of the dinning table as the spicy Sauce. It is very easy to make and all you need is the following:
- 2 Cups Coriander leaves
- ½ cup Mint leaves
- 4 Garlics
- 2 Green chilies
- ½ tbsp. Salt
- ½ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
After you wash Coriander leaves and mint leaves, add them to a blender. Peel Garlic and add them as well. If you would like it spicy, go on and add the Green chilies. Continue by adding salt and Apple Cider Vinegar.
Close the blender and blend it well until it is smooth. Open the blender and pour the sauce into a dish.
Chutney is served with or without yogurt. Add Yogurt in one of them and Mix well.
