I love homemade yogurt. I am so excited to share with you all this delicious recipe. It is very easy to make and I believe is tastier than any yogurt sold out in the market. Let’s begin!
All you need is:
4 cups of milk (2% or whole milk)
3 tbsp. of yogurt (plain regular yogurt sold in markets)
and that’s it for the ingredients!
Begin by heating the milk in a pot on medium or high heat. Take it off the oven right below boiling point. Keep an eye so the milk does not boil over. Transfer it into a bowl with a lid. First add just a bit and warm up the bowl so it doesn’t break due to heat. Leave it aside at room temperature until it is just warm to the touch. Add the yogurt and mix good. Leave it aside for at least 24 hours at room temperature and let the yogurt set.
