Ingredients
½ cup Vegetable oil
2 leeks, minced
3 garlic cloves, minced
5 cups spinach, chopped
3 cups coriander, chopped
Spices
1 1\2 tbsp. coriander powder
½ tbsp. black pepper
A pinch of Baking soda
½ tsp salt
1\2 tsp fenugreek seeds
Directions
- In a deep pan add minced leak
- Fry it for few minutes
- Add minced garlic
- Fry it some more
- Add spinach leaves, diced
- Add Spices (coriander, black pepper, baking soda, salt, fenugreek seeds)
- Mix well
- Let it simmer for 10 minutes
- Add coriander, diced
- Let it simmer for 7 minutes
- Serve with bread or Rice
