Ingredients
¼ cup cooking oil
4 chopped onions
2 cup water
1 cup bell pepper
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup tomato sauce
Direction
Heat cooking oil in a pan on medium heat. When it is hot, add chopped onions. When onions are golden brown, add the meat and sauté for few minutes. Add water and cook for ten minutes. Add bell pepper, salt, black pepper and cook for thirty minutes or until meat is done. Do a touch test for doneness. Add tomato sauce and cook for few more minutes until all water is absorbed.
